      • We accept domestic/USA returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date
      • Items in unworn condition that have not been washed or altered are eligible for exchange or refund.
      • For a domestic return for an exchange or store credit, we offer free shipping
      • For a domestic return for refund, $7 shipping/processing will be deducted from the refund to the original form of payment. 
      • North American(Canada and Mexico) orders are final sales, with no returns or exchanges.
      • Products can be dropped off without a label or packaging in-person at one of the Happy Returns' convenient 3,800 nationwide Return Bar locations, or you can print out a pre-paid return label and use your packaging. 
      • All returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines above to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

        We offer Free shipping on all orders, using USPS Priority Mail domestically and USPS First Class International (Canada & Mexico).

        Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 1 - 3 business days, depending on your location. 

        How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered? 

        In general, orders take 1-3 business days to process from when the order is placed.


        What shipping service do you use?

        All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service and come with a tracking number. All North American(Canada and Mexico) packages are shipped with USPS first class International and come with a tracking number.


        Do you ship to my country?
        For the time being, we'll only be shipping to North America(United States, Mexico, and Canada) due to various shipping halts and slowdowns throughout the world.

        Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be collected upon the delivery of your package.
