USA returns for exchange or store credit are FREE
---RETURNS & EXCHANGES---
- We accept domestic/USA returns and exchange requests for clothing orders within 15 days of delivery.
- Please email us at hello@hohosnyc.com to begin an exchange or return. All accessories orders are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- USA returns for exchange or store credit are FREE.
- For clothing order returns, $8 shipping/processing will be deducted from the refund of the cost of the items to the original form of payment.
- International orders can be returned only (no exchanges). The cost of returning the goods to us is the customer's responsibility.
- Returns must be dropped off at the shipping facility within 5 days from when the return postage label is emailed to the customer. Items with original tags and packaging in unworn condition that have not been washed or altered are eligible for exchange or refund.
- All returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines above to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
