$5 standard shipping option on all domestic orders 💌🐜
---RETURNS & EXCHANGES---
- We accept domestic/USA returns and exchange requests for clothing orders within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin an exchange or return. All accessories orders are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- USA returns for exchange or store credit are FREE.
- For clothing order returns, $8 shipping/processing will be deducted from the refund of the cost of the items to the original form of payment.
- Returns must be dropped off at the shipping facility within 5 days from when the return postage label is emailed to the customer. Items with original tags and packaging in unworn condition that have not been washed or altered are eligible for exchange or refund.
- All International orders are final sales, with no returns or exchanges.
- All returns and exchanges must follow the guidelines above to be eligible - we cannot accept unauthorized returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
Domestic: We offer a discounted $5 standard shipping option on all domestic orders using USPS mail. USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, and Express are selectable options at checkout.
Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 1 - 3 business days, depending on your location.
International: We offer various USPS, DHL, and UPS carrier options.
All shipments come with a tracking number and insurance.
How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered?
In general, orders take 1-3 business days to process from when the order is placed.
Do you ship to my country?
We're happy to offer shipping to most countries!
Please note that non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be collected upon the delivery of your package.
Refunds are not issued for orders that could not be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. You will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped if an order is returned to our studio due to the following reasons:
- Failure to pay customs fees
- Insufficient address provided under your original order
- Was refused by the sender
- Sent to an address that is no longer valid
Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time.
